Elvis Fernandes iPhone Grid Layout version 2
This project wasn't hard to do, I had a fun time doing it. The only problem that I had it was how to make all the text readable,with a reasonable text size, so it can be readable in an iPhone.
Elvis – I’m very glad you are thinking about the text size, since designers need to increase all the text for readability on screen. Also, the leading that web designers use is usually 150% of the point size of the text (compared to 120% of the pt size for print designers). I think it is because, just like our eyes need enlarged text… we also need more “cushion” around the different elements. My only comment here would be that the design looks pretty compact, in fact maybe a bit tight. I wonder if you have experimented with adding more negative space internally to the design?
Elvis, I think you've made a really sophisticated design, it almost kind of reminds me of a page from a school text book, which is good! It looks very educational, which matches with the photo. Also the colors give off that very mature feel. If anything, maybe you could make the main body text just a tad smaller so there is more breathing room as Coni says, but other than that, great work!
